  2. Get 2 cup - flour

Beat butter, sugar, vanilla extract and salt in large mixer bowl until creamy. Gradually beat in flour; stir in morsels and nuts.

Instructions to make Snowball Cookies:
  1. Let butter soften (I leave it out overnight).
  2. Combine butter, powdered sugar and flour (all purpose/white flour) until ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  3. Place bowl of combined ingredients in fridge for 30 minutes. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  4. Spoon dough into rounded balls using your hands. You can make the cookies any size you want reasonably (cooking time won't really vary either). I usually use a tablespoon to scoop the dough into my hand.
  5. Put the balls of dough onto un-greased cookie sheet and place into the oven on the center rack.
  6. Cooking time is roughly 15 minutes.
  7. Dust cookies with powdered sugar when done/cooled.

Beat butter, sugar, vanilla extract and salt in large mixer bowl until creamy. Gradually beat in flour; stir in morsels and nuts. If baking two sheets at once in one oven, switch their positions halfway through baking. Let cookies stand on sheets until cool enough to handle.
