  4. Dissolve stock Cubes (3 Beef & 1 Chicken) in 1 litre of hot water. Add to Beef.
  5. Simmer for 15 mins.
  6. Add gravy Browning according to required colour.
  7. Mix thickener (of choice) with a little water and pour into the meat and veg mix. Allow to simmer and thicken. You can add more or less thickener according to preference. Stir gently to prevent sticking.
  8. Add 1/4 tsp Salt & 1/4 tsp Pepper (according to taste).
  9. Serve with mashed potato, as a pie filling, or Cottage Pie filling.

Cook and stir over medium heat until the mixture boils and thickens. Serve the gravy with the beef.
