- Beef liver ko achi tarha wash karlen k usme zara b blood na rahe
- Phir ik pot me oil garm kar sliced onion fry karen till it become translucent.
- Add lehsan adrak paste n bhunafy it
- Add 1/2 cup water. then add chilli flakes..then add washed liver
- Add Zeera powder and cover the pot by lid
- Cook in high flame yahan tak k kaleeji gurdaybse nikalne wala pani dry hone lage
- Add vinegar, soy sauce & sliced tomato
- Cook for few min.add kasoori methi and in last sprinkle garm masala.Cook on low flame till oil appears on top surface.
