Spread some fenugreek leaves mixture, white sauce, processed cheese and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle some dried oregano and chilli flakes on. Combine the flour, salt and oil in a large, wide mixing bowl. Use your fingertips to form a crumbly mixture.

- Heat oil in a pan. - Add onion,capsicum and peas to it. - Saute till it's halfway cooked. - Then add all above mentioned veggies to it. - Cooked halfway all the veggies on medium flame. - Then add chilli garlic and ginger paste,red chilli flakes,all purpose seasoning,garlic bread seasoning,salt and sauce to it. - Mix it well. - Now add grated paneer to it and again saute for a minute.
- Now keep this stuffing for rest for 30 minutes. - Then after take 3 rotis and grease it with butter.
- Take 1 roti and add stuffing and grated cheese to it. - Repeat this process 2 times. - Finally put this roti lasagne on pre heated OTG for 20 minutes on 180 ° Celsius - Take roti lasagne out of otg and serve it in a plate with tomato sauce. - Sprinkle oregano,chilli flakes on it (optional)and enjoy this scrumptious dish.
