Instructions to make Snacky Wednesday:
- Add sugar, yeast and some lukewarm water together to proof the yeast.
- Add flour, salt and nutmeg in a clean bowl with a lid.
- Add the proof yeast and water until batter is light and running.add onion and pepper
- Cover with a flip and lid and allow to rise for 30mins.
- Scoop and fry in a deep pan with groundnut oil until golden brown.
