  4. Cook for 10 min until sauce starts to thicken. Spoon sauce inside the marrow. Cover with tin foil and cook for 30 min
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle the breadcrumbs mixed with the Parmesan on each slice. Cook for 15 min uncovered
