Instructions to make ROAT BISCUITS::
  1. Heat up nonstick pan add 1 tsp ghee add Almonds & cashews toast till nice golden colour. Set aside till cool completely then chopped roughly and set a side. - Take a big mixing bowl Add all purpose flour,semolina, gram flour,powdered sugar coconut, chopped cashews and almonds, cardamom powder, baking powder, raisins and clarified ghee, rose water and gradually add milk. - Mix thoroughly and gather to form a dough.
  2. Leave the dough covered with a damp cloth for about 1 hr. - After 1 hr, mix the dough again and taking smaller portions, mold into round medium sized cookies or use a cookie cutter to make the shape. - Decorate each cookie with a poppy seeds, sesame seeds sliced cashew.
  3. Arrange on a baking tray with a parchment paper / baking sheet. - Leave enough space in between the cookies to facilitate the spreading. - Pre-heat oven at 180°C and bake for 20 -25 min.
  4. Once cooled, remove from the oven tray and Store in an airtight container. - Enjoy ! With Tea, coffee or milk
