- Add the red sauce to the meat. Stir and allow to simmer for 20 minutes.
- Pre-heat the oven. Gas 4/160c
- Using a third of the meat cover the bottom of the dish. Cover the meat with lasagne sheets. Cover the sheets with a third of the white sauce.
- Repeat twice more until all the meat and white sauce has been used.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan. Place in the oven and cook for 40-45 minutes.
- Enjoy hot or as we did allow to cool and portion up to use later. This will make 6 large portions, as per image, or 8 medium.
