- heat the oil and soften garlic and toast seeds
- mix quorn with the garlic, toasted cumin seeds , pepper and salt , heat for about ten minutes
- roll the square soft taco into cone, starting at one long end ,tucking the point slightly in to close it.
- add some pea shoots into bottom of each cone, add some quorn, pea shoots ,onion and tomato.
- add a littke guacamole and sour cream mix
- add more quorn, onion,tomato and pea shoots.
- serve with more sour cream and guacamole on side
