  1. Soak daal and rice together overnight. Then strain the water from it and add jeera and green chillies.Make a smooth paste and add salt as per your requirement.
  2. Now heat the nonstick pan on medium flame.put little oil on it than make UTTAPAM on tava then add chopped vegetable on it.when it became little crisp you can serve it.

Every week I make normal idli batter for idli and this. This bread Uttapam can be made with any type of bread- white, whole wheat or multigrain. In the batter I used all-purpose flour (maida) but you can also use whole wheat flour (atta) in this recipe. When you make the batter for bread uttapams check the consistency of the batter as shown in video. Batter should be of medium consistency.
