- Make ready 200 gms Suji(rava)
- Take 100 gms Besan (Cheak pea flour)

- Prepare 200 gms Ghee(Clarified butter)
- Prepare 4 tsp Milk for binding)

It is ideal for Ganesh Chaturthi & it is unique! Instead of traditional churma style ladoo making process this involves directly making it in pan.
Steps to make Multi Grain Laddoo:
- Heat 1 teaspoon ghee in a pan & fry all dry fruits lightly & keep it aside.
- Now firstly fry suji (rava) with half of ghee…When suji becomes golden brown than keep it aside.
- Now fry the besan (chickpea flour)with remaining ghee..When it becomes light golden,you may sprinkle few drops of water..Then fry it until all water drops gets absorbed…Put off the gas..
- Now mix roasted suji,besan,dry fruits(chopped almonds,cashewnuts,raisins &coconut powder),grated gud,cardamom powder very well.
- Now add cardamom powder & milk & mix it well Cover it for 3mins.
- Now take a handful mixture & bind ladoos with tight hands..Repeat the process until all done.
- You may keep this laddoo in airtight jar It may remains fresh for more than 20 days

Instead of sugar, jaggery is used in this ladoo to make it more healthier! Multigrain ladoos for babies are a more nutritious version of the famous besan ka ladoos.
