  1. Combine chopped beef with 1tbs of the sesame oil, corn flour, chili flakes and salt. Mix well and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce with sugar and 1tbsp of the sesame oil. Set aside.
  3. Chop vegetables.
  4. Heat a wok over a high heat. Add oil and once oil is very hot add vegetables, grated garlic and ginger..Stir -fry for 2 minutes,
  5. Then add prepared sauce to the fried vegetables,
  6. Gently combine together and transfer to a plate.
  7. Reheat the wok. Add oil and when oil is very hot add beef slices. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  8. Add fired vegetables to the wok with fried beef.
  9. Mix all together.
  10. Cook the noodles in a pan of boiling water for 5 minutes.
  11. Then, drain them,
  12. And fry in 1tbsp of the sesame oil for 3 minutes and set aside.
  13. Add the noodles to the beef mixture, stir-fry for 3 minutes and toss the mixture. Put on a plate garnish with chopped spring onions and serve it.
