  1. Get Lean beef mince
  2. Take chopped peppers
  3. Make ready chopped onion
  4. Make ready garlic clove
  5. Prepare chopped tomatoes
  6. Take red kidney beans
  7. Make ready can of refried beans
  8. Get fresh chilli
  9. Get Salt and pepper
  10. Take Coriander
Instructions to make Easy Chilli:
  1. Chop the pepper, onion, garlic and chilli. (My chopping isn't exactly Michelin standard but it will still taste good!)
  2. Heat the chopped vegetables (including the chilli) in a pan until softened.
  3. Add the mince and stir in until brown. Season with salt and pepper (and chilli powder if you like it hotter).
  4. Once mince is brown add can of chopped tomatoes, half can of refried beans and can of kidney beans and stir into the mix until any excess liquid is reduced.
  5. Add coriander leaves, stir and serve with any accompaniment you fancy. Today I've picked couscous. ENJOY!
