- Beat the egg and combine with tub of yogurt. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg
- Add a layer of beef ragu to a low sided roasting dish. Add a layer of Lasagna sheets and top with yogurt mixture. Keep layering until dish is full
- Top with cheese and put into a pre heated oven on 180 degrees for 45 minutes
- Portion up and serve with whatever veggies you have! In my case broccoli!
