Instructions to make Lasagne:
- Start by chopping veggies into tiny cubes.
- Brown onion and mince in olive oil till brown. Then add all veggies and cook till softened. Then everything else and simmer for 20 mins or so. Take off heat and leave to cool while you make white sauce.
- In a non stick pan - melt butter then add flour and cook for 5 mins or so. Then slowly add milk and eventually you’ll get a thick white sauce. Keep stirring. Add cheddar cheese to the sauce so it becomes cheesy and season.
- In a non stick tray, add meat sauce then a layer of white sauce then one layer of lasagne pasta sheets. Then repeat. On top layer cover the white sauce in cheese and Parmesan and dot top with tomatoes and basil. Cook on 180 for half hour or so until bubbling.
