Preheat a waffle iron to medium-high. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg. Lightly brush the top and bottom of the waffle iron with butter. Fill the waffle iron about three-quarters of the way full (some waffle iron should still be showing).

- In a large mixing bowl: Add in all the aforementioned ingredients & mix well to its right consistency until well combined
- Heat the Waffle Machine & grease its plates with some melted butter or oil before heating it
- Now, slowly & carefully pour in the waffle batter/mixture in it & close the lid & allow it to cook on its own…
- Once done: It’ll automatically indicate the same- Then, transfer it carefully to a plate/dish…
- Garnish as per your choice & have/relish it hot with a cuppa of your choicest hot beverages (Any)- Waffles Biscottis, are needed to be enjoyed hot & not after it gets cold…
Lightly brush the top and bottom of the waffle iron with butter. Fill the waffle iron about three-quarters of the way full (some waffle iron should still be showing). Close the lid gently and cook. Preheat a French-Belgian waffle iron over medium heat. Transfer pieces back to baking sheet in a single layer.
