- Using a pirex dish pour enuff water from the kettle in to cover your first layer of pasta sheets then add a thin layer of bolognaise sauce and your next layer of sheets I do three layers after the last layer pour your cheese sauce over and add grated cheese both mature and red leister
- Bake in the pre heated oven for around 40 mins or until golden
