Instructions to make Lasagne:
- In a hot pan add some butter, Minced meat and diced onions, cook until the onions are translucent. Add your spice and seasoning for mine i added (garlic power,curry,meat masala, dried parsley leaves,maggi and some salt.) Add in chopped tomatoes and cover and allow to simmer. Until the water from the tomatoes thicken. In a pot of hot water cook your lasagne sheets until soft.
- Next, rub some butter in your baking dish and start assembling by layering the pasta sheet first then your minced meat filling then grated cheese and then some finely chopped parsley.
- Repeat the layering process until your dish is filled to the top. Egg wash the top, sprinkle some parsley and cheese
- Put in a hot oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
