  7. Make ready 1/2 each tsp haldi,mirch powder

  9. Get 2 1/2 bowl water
  10. Take 1 tsp grated ginger

Then wash and soak the toor dal and green chana in a bowl. Multi grain khichdi - preparation method: Wash and drain all grains and keep aside. Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add cinnamon, clove, bayleaf, turmeric powder, cumin seeds and til. Once sautéed well add ginger garlic paste and chopped vegetables.

Instructions to make Multi grain khichdi:
  1. Heat pressure cooker add ghee put jeera when crackle add ginger saute.
  2. Now add chopped vegetables,peanuts saute well. Add multi grains saute lastly add water.keep the pressure cooker on flame for 4 to 5 vissles.
  3. After that open the cooker stir well & transfer to a serving dish to serve hot followed by ghee or butter as per taste.
