  1. Wash, clean and soak the rice and lentils for 2-4 hours.
  2. Then in a mixer jar take the soaked ingredients and all the other ingredients together. Add water and blend into a coarse batter. Transfer and rest it for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a griddle and pour a ladle of the batter and spread into a circle. Cook on low flame until both sides are cooked and golden brown.
  4. Transfer to plate and serve hot with any of your favourite side dish. I love to have them as it is or with a little butter or curd.
  5. Notes: You can make them with even any one lentil or a combo of two. Adding green gram(moong)makes dosa soft and fluffy. If you like crisp dosa like me skip adding moong and urad dal.
