  3. Add the egg yolks and the sugar and mix together. Then heat them until sticky. Continue mixing so that they won't get burnt.
  4. Shape them into little cones of about 10cm. Sprinkle and cover with the cinnamon. You can use plastic wrap to shape.
  5. Bake in a toaster for about 3-5 minutes.

The iichiko Hitajyoryusho Kogane No Imo Shochu uses white koji to mellow out its flavour, and a normal pressure distillation process to bring out the sweet potatoes' flavour. The initial nose has the distinctive note of roasted grains and sweet potato, while the taste has a luscious sweetness which leaves behind a crisp, dry finish. The sweet potato (satsuma-imo) is native to Mexico and the surrounding tropical American region. Diploid Ipomoea trifida, which belongs to the family Convolvulaceae, has been identified as a wild ancestor of the sweet potato.
