  8. Filter the sauce, put the sliced beef roast back into the pot and add the sauce.
  9. If you want the sauce thicker, you can add 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour or 1 tablespoon concentrated tomatoes. Cook for few minutes and serve with mashed potatoes, rice or pasta.
