This will immediately create the crispy skin around the mould) Fill 1/4 of the mould with the mix. Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  3. Immediately remove the Yorkshiresfrom the tin. Serve straight away. (Makes 15 small Yorkshire's or 4 giant ones).
