- Prepare dough of wheat flour and make chapatis
- Rice washed and cooked in pressure cooker
- All veggies are washed and salad is prepared.lemon juice and salt added lastly
- For mix veg wash and chop veggies.heat oil crackle cumin seeds
- Grind onion to make a paste.saute it add spices and salt.add all veggies.cook till soft
- For brinjal-sem vegetables- cut both veggies.heat oil crackle cumin seeds.add chopped onions all spices and veggies.cover it and cook till soft.
- For spinach potato heat oil in a pan crackle cumin seeds add potato saute it little then add washed chopped spinach add spices and salt.cook till soft
- Chaina rasgullas-boil milk and add vinegar to prepare chaina
- Prepare thin sugar syrup
- Make balls and dip in syrup
- Yum rasgullas ready to be served
- Fresh curd along with it makes a complete balanced lunch.
