I am not a big fan of sweet-tasted cookies. DIRECTIONS Mix butter, egg yolks with a mixer then add the grated matured cheese. Knead in the mixture together with flour, maizena and baking powder. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Serve whenever the cookies are cooled enough to eat.
