- In a kadai heat oil and saute spices. Now add turmeric, chilli powder and besan. Roast well.
- Add onion tomato paste and saute well. Further add cumin powder, coriander powder and salt.
- Add water and mix well.
- Now add peas and cook for 10 minutes.Finally add cubes of paneer and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander, garam masala and kasuri methi.
- Serve with rice or roti.
