- Take cauliflower cut it take pan add oil and cumin seeds add cauliflower and sàlt and steam it and dein add Panjabi masala
- Take lady fingers cut it now take pan add oil and cumin seeds and add ladyfingers salt and cover it and 15 mint now add masale
- Sock Kabuli chana overnight and dein boil it now take pan add oil and ginger garlic paste and add tomatoes onions paste in it
- Fry it till brown add Kabuli chana
- Take paneer in cubes take pan add oil and add tomatoes onions paste and fry it till brown add cream in it add paneer cube and boil matar
- Take curd beat dem add Bundi and salt black pepper chaatmasala
- Take Carrot crush them take pan add ghee add carot and steam it and add milk steam it add sugar and mix it and make halwa
- Take moong dal overnight sock it and grind it and make paste add salt and coriander leaves and now heat oil take paste and fry it make vada and take out in water add in water salt cumin seeds
