- Prepare 4 Dry red chillies
- Take Few Curry leaves
- Make ready 2 tbsp oil

Korean Multigrain Rice (Japgokbap or Ogokbap) The multi grains provided a nice crunchy texture with additional flavour, nutrients and fiber. On its own, I think the multi-grains are not too palpable (a bit too dry) but when mixed with white rice, especially short grain rice, the mixed rice really comes together. Now add 1cup hot water with tamarind paste and salt. Mix well. Sprinkle coriander leaves and 1tbs ghee. If the consistency is too thick then add more hot water,.
- Serve healthy and tasty rice with papad.
